Andrew has more than 30 years’ experience helping clients become more successful. A former partner with Accenture, he has worked with senior executives at some of the world’s largest companies and with the owner-operators of some of the smallest.
He joined Accenture in 1984 and was admitted to the partnership in 1996. As managing partner for Customer Relationship Management in Financial Services, he was responsible for growth of a multi-million dollar business.
He left Accenture in 2006 to pursue his own interests as an independent strategic advisor and executive coach and is currently involved in several businesses as shareholder, director and management coach. As the Consulting Director with Clustre, the Innovation Brokers, he works with entrepreneurs and innovative technology start-ups, helping them develop their offerings and connect with enterprise level clients.
Throughout his career he has been privileged to work with many inspirational business leaders and has developed many highly rewarding coaching relationships. His great passion is personal development and helping people identify and fulfill their true potential.
Chris has nearly 20 years experience in Learning and Development having worked for a number of large multinationals. His last role prior to establishing his own business was Head of Learning and Development for Pace Plc.
Chris’ current work assignments include Leadership Coaching, an Integrated Leadership and Team Development Programme, and Management and Leadership Development programmes.

Robbie has over 17 years’ experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development and Organisation Development. This has been gained through consultancy and prior to this in a number of successful roles in organisations in the Utilities, Manufacturing and Higher Education sectors. His last role before moving into consultancy was as Head of Organisation Development for the International and commercial division of United Utilities PLC.
Robbie has expertise in a wide range of areas and is particularly skilled in Coaching & Mentoring, Team Development, Leadership Development, and Handling Difficult Conversations. An experienced Facilitator and a passionate, accomplished coach, Robbie has the ability to work with clients and achieve breakthroughs in their thinking to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
Robbie has an informal and motivational style and uses his qualities of energy, insight, challenge, empathy and focus to consistently get effective results for his clients.
Tim is an experienced OD/ People Development consultant and coach, who has spent the last 20 years helping organisations grow effectively; equipping senior managers with the skills and behaviours to create and sustain stimulating cultures; and supporting progressive change programmes.
An actor by background, and a university lecturer for a while, Tim moved over to the corporate world in order share his skills and knowledge with senior managers, leaders, directors and boards.
His energy, passion for customer service, first rate communication skills and understanding of how to get the best out of people and teams has enabled him to become a trusted advisor to many senior management teams.
One such client recently described him as “one of the best facilitators I have ever worked with”.
